WP21 FELINS: FEL INstrumentation and Synchronization
WP21: FELINS: FEL INstrumentation and Synchronization
The main objective of the JRA-FELINS is to study and to propose the development of suitable
diagnostics for free electron lasers working in the VUV to soft X-ray range. Emphasis will be placed on special diagnostics required for the characterisation and operation of seeded FELs which are currently under development at SPARC, FERMI and FLASH. An important goal of this JRA is to initiate a long-term collaboration of the FEL facilities in Europe in this area.
